In partnership with the University of North Florida, we created the Leadership Development Program (LDP). This proven program has been offered multiple times per year over the past ten years. More than 100 organizations have participated in this program from the private, public and non-profit sectors. The program consists of six one-day day modules conducted once per month and is held at the University of North Florida Conference Center in Jacksonville, Florida.
