Rusty Bozman, MSIOP, CCP
For over twenty-five years, Rusty held senior leadership roles in all aspects of Human Resources for large publicly traded and private organizations. He built his career establishing human resources strategy in the information technology, healthcare, and real estate sectors, with organizations including Computer Associates International, The St. Joe Company, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
During this time, he developed expertise in the areas of strategy development, executive team alignment, organizational and leadership development, talent assessment and effectiveness, survey development and total rewards.
Rusty is a Certified Select Partner with The Predictive Index. He is also a Certified Compensation Professional and is certified in Talent Optimization. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida, and a M.S. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore, and is active in civic, educational and charitable activities.



Jennifer has broad experience in customer service, corporate communications, technology and technical writing. For over ten years, Jennifer held positions of increasing responsibility at Choice Behavioral Health Partnership, Life of the South Insurance Corporation and within Alltel’s mortgage software division. In 2011, Jennifer joined Rusty as the president and co-founder of Workplace Synergistics.
Jennifer holds a B.S. degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida, and is active in civic, educational and charitable activities.
Jennifer Bozman

For over 25 years, Dr. Avinger has worked in and around human resources, organizational development, training, and leadership both in the public and private sectors. She has expertise in coaching for performance and building effective leadership programs. As a partner in strategizing with senior leadership to deliver innovative training solutions for the workforce, she has succeeded in increasing people capacity around communication, supervision, using values to drive the bottom line, maximizing the potential of teams, and many other areas of management. Since 2006, Rita has taught higher education courses - both graduate and undergraduate - in human resources, management, and organizational development. She occasionally publishes for the training industry. In 2020, Dr. Avinger joined Workplace Synergistics as an Executive Business Management Consultant.
Dr. Avinger holds a Ph.D. degree in Business Management from Northcentral University in San Diego, a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems also from University of Central Florida. Rita has also been an avid supporter of the Florida Poodle Rescue for over 30 years.

Amy Bandalos
Amy has almost thirty years of experience working as a Human Resources professional and consultant in large private and not-for-profit organizations including Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (Florida Blue), and Nemours Children’s Health. Over her career, Amy focused on developing strategies for advancing culture and team environments, leadership and employee development, and talent and succession planning.
Committed to helping leaders and employees achieve their maximum potential for today, tomorrow and beyond, Amy developed expertise in the areas of organizational and leadership development, high potential talent development, training design and delivery, performance consulting, and leadership coaching.
Amy joined Workplace Synergistics as a Talent Optimization Consultant in 2021, and is the principal consultant with Talent Elevated, LLC. She is a certified executive coach and performance consultant, and a certified administrator for the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect – a global competency framework, the Korn Ferry 360 competency assessment, and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Amy is also a certified facilitator for Wiley’s The Leadership Challenge, Crucial Learning’s Crucial Conversations, Franklin Covey programs including The Speed of Trust, and multiple Development Dimensions International (DDI) programs.
Amy holds a B.S. in Communications with an organizational management focus, from Western Michigan University. She is an alumnus of Leadership Clay 2013, a board member of the Orange Park Chorale – a non-profit choral arts organization in northeast Florida, and is active in other church, civic and charitable activities.
